The Patterson Family 47-Meat Spread

The Patterson family from Florence, Alabama hosted a reunion cookout featuring 47 distinct cuts and preparations of smoked meat across four smokers, two grills, and a whole-hog pit. The spread included brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey, venison sausage, alligator bites, and smoked bologna — among others. Three hundred people ate and there were still leftovers.
